- Reservation requests. When you send the reservation form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, requested date, party size, the type of booking, and any notes you add.
- Messages you send us. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, the services that host and deliver this site may automatically log information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.
How we use it
- To respond to your reservation or private party request and to contact you about it.
- To answer questions you send us.
- To keep the website working and secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the reservation form to add you to marketing lists.

We rely on outside services to run this site. The site is hosted by Wix. Reservation form submissions are stored and delivered to us through Wix Forms. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers process information on our behalf or as needed to deliver their service, under their own privacy policies.

This website does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. The service providers listed above may use cookies or similar technology that are necessary to deliver their services.
How long we keep it
We keep reservation requests and messages for as long as needed to handle your request and for our ordinary business records.

We want everyone to be able to use this website and enjoy a night at the Round Up.
What we do on this website
- Menus, schedules, hours and cover charges are published as real text, not only as images, so screen readers and translation tools can read them.
- Text is set with strong contrast against the background, and pages reflow for phones and for enlarged text.
- Links, buttons and form fields can be reached with a keyboard, and form fields are labeled.
- The background video is silent, and it is replaced by a still image for visitors who have reduced motion turned on.
Known limits
Event posters are images that contain text. We list each event's name and date in text next to its poster, but other details on a poster may not be available to screen readers. If you need those details, contact us and we will provide them.

We work to keep hours, events, DJs, lesson times, cover charges, menu items and prices current, but they can change without notice. What applies is what is in effect at the venue on the night of your visit. Menu prices do not include sales tax or gratuity.
Age and entry
Age requirements vary by night and are listed on the weekly schedule. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry and to purchase alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service.
Reservation requests
Sending the reservation form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Your table or party is confirmed only when a member of our team contacts you to confirm it.
Our content
The Round Up name and logo, and the text, photos, video and graphics on this site, belong to The Round Up Nightclub or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, such as social media and maps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
