We at Roundup Country LLC, doing business as The Round Up, is committed to making our website and our venue accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities. We want every guest to be able to find event information, make a reservation, and enjoy a night out with us.

WEBSITE ACESSIBILITY 

We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, motor, and neurological disabilities.

Our website is built on the Wix platform, and we use its accessibility tools along with our own review process. Ongoing efforts include:

  • Providing text descriptions for meaningful images, including event flyers

  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds

  • Supporting keyboard navigation throughout the site

  • Structuring pages with clear, consistent headings and navigation

  • Designing pages to work on phones, tablets, and computers

  • Reviewing new content and event pages for accessibility before publishing

Our website is under active development, and accessibility is part of that ongoing work. Some areas may not yet fully meet our target standard, and we are continuing to identify and correct issues as we go.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG [2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 - select relevant option] guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of [A / AA / AAA - select relevant option]. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also [remove irrelevant information]:

VENUE ACCESIBILITY

Our venue is located at 9020 West State Road 84, Davie, Florida 33324, in Pine Island Plaza. If you have questions about accessibility at the venue — parking, entry, seating, restrooms, or accommodations for a specific event — please call us at 954-423-1990 before your visit and our team will be glad to help you plan ahead. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, including seating arrangements for guests who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices.

THIRD PARTY CONTENT

Some content and services on our site are provided by third parties, including our ticketing partner Eventbrite and embedded social media content from Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. We do not control the accessibility of these third-party services, but we are happy to assist you directly by phone or email if you have difficulty completing a ticket purchase or reservation.
